We had NO toilet paper in our bathroom! For $250 for two nights, the so-called 'housekeeping' was a joke—just a few clean towels left on the vanity. I expect better service when paying that much! The hotel really needs to improve their housekeeping standards to match the ridiculous prices they charge.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and shopping. My kids especially loved playing at the nearby Pacers Athletic Center, and having our dog with us made it even better. The room was spacious and comfortable.

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast could start earlier for families. It would be great to grab a bite before heading out to activities.

I loved how close we were to the Monon Trail for scenic walks and just a short distance from lovely Clay Terrace for some shopping and dining after our adventures.

The staff greeted us each time we walked in, creating a warm atmosphere. The breakfast offered some great options, especially the pancakes! However, the room had some details that needed attention. I noticed mold in the shower and the bathroom outlets didn’t work, which was quite disappointing. The ice machines were limited too, with one being out of order. Overall, the attentive staff made things better, but the maintenance issues were frustrating.

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Carmel North, Westfield. The King Suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family, with cozy bedding and a microwave that made snack time so easy! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.
